Richard Miniter has addressed audiences all over the world, from Singapore to London. On terrorism, he has addressed the Royal Military College of Belgium, gave the commencement address at the University of Ghent, the Hong Kong Foreign Correspondents Club, the National Liberal Club in London, and the Conservative Political Action Committee (CPAC) in Washington, DC.
